After shopping for a modern platform bed and suffering sticker shock, I finally found one I really liked and it was under $600! They had it in stock and I had money left over for a nightstand and mirror. This is my new favorite furniture store. Their website is a hoot and that's what got me in the door. Even better, they are not a chain, the owners work there and it shows.

I love going to Abode furniture. I love their prices! They have a huge selection of furniture. Ranging from kids furniture to adult, living room dining room etc. The people are always friendly and will to help you with anything you need help with. I never go in there and get unnoticed.

Abode is the coolest home furnishings store around. They have furniture and accents for anyone's taste and style. You can browse their upstairs or downstairs for vases, picture frames, art work, couches and more. The Cushy Rocker is by far the must-have item from this store! The staff is friendly and helpful. Be sure to check out the sale tables for extra bargains. Parking on the street only.

I stumbled on Abode while looking for a shortcut to the Levee. It's on the corner of 5th and Scott in Covington in a really old building with plenty of windows and wood floors. There are lots of platform beds, fun party tables, retro sofas and mega bar stool selection. Their atttitude is more like friends visiting than treating you like customers. I thought the pricing was reasonable and some prices were a steal. Great lamps.
