scooter rental

made arrangements with Howard for a weekend scooter rental so I could attend a surgery seminar which possibly would have enabled me to walk again. When I arrived at the scheduled time to pick up the rental, there was no scooter, & nobody around. I sat in his front yard calling him with no answer, left messages--which to date he still has never returned. Needless to say, I was not able to attend the seminar & now--no surgery. Just want to say that if you have to have a scooter rental go to someone more dependable.
