my dog had the best time at Aberglen , they have play time and country walks . my dog was also groomed and they have a frequent groom card , 11th groom is free . these are master groomers with show dogs they have the the group in the westminster show !!!

just brought my girl home from several weeks there,recovering from back injury.i could never have tolerated our absence from one aonther had i not known she would be cared for so lovingly and professionally. daily brushing, walks, and of course cookies, plus baths as needed, left her long coat more beautiful than when i left her, no easy task.she is a challenge,a true terrier, not easy to handle, but sally george and her staff know how to deal with difficult dogs, with competent patience.and i could get much needed and appreciated updates,saving my sanity. panya is regularly groomed there, and runs into te office at each bath visit, telling me she loves being there, a huge relef. as a most neurotic pet owner believe me when i say i can only trust my precious girl to sally and aberglen. i am truly blessd that they are here.

We had to leave town dude to a family emergency and didnt have our usual pet sitter on short notice. No problem, One call to the Aberglen Pet resort and out problems were taken care of quickly and efficiently. Trekker was happy when he returned from the week long stay. The staff was professional and helpful with me. It was a rainy day and of course Sonoma Country has had 45 days of rain, but that didnt stop their staff from giving my dog his country hikes! The place was very clean, dogs taken care of and their staff very caring. Im very satisfied and will start using them as a regular boarding kennel.

We left Duffy there over the easter holiday and was pleased. He had a nice, clean run and happy when we picked him up. We were impressed with the facilities--even though it was a rainy Sonoma day--they were very clean. NO DOGGIE ODER! YEA! We had the walks and I was very pleased with the care and professionalism of the staff. Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Aberglen!

The staff is very nice and professional.While I was checking my dog in.I witnessed a customer bringing her dog in for grooming.She was told that her appointment had been canceled.She said the owner(of Aberglen)had called to cancel and re schedule.Because the groomer was needed for grooming a show dog.She confirmed that she had the right phone number.She then agreed to stay late to groom her dog.
The walkways from the office to the kennel was un kept and muddy.When we picked up are dog she smelled of bleach and urine.Her brand new bed had been washed and ruinned.The owner refused to replace it.We won't be back.
