Not dependable

The owner quoted one price, which went up $10 when the service man came out. The service was incomplete, the dryer vent still did not work the same day. Despite a guarantee to come out again twice within 9 months to redo the dryer vent cleaning and repeated promises that they stand behind their work, the owner is not answering his phone and has not called back for several days, despite my calling twice a day for a week now. I would not recommend this company.
