ABC Stands Behind It's Policies!
As the owner of ABC, I want to assure our customers, and potential customers, that our policy for reimbursements for health issues that arise during or after boarding has never wavered for the six years we have been offering this program. If the pet's problem is not a pre-existing health issue, we always reimburse the customer per our contract. We don't second guess their veterinarian's opinion - and we never argue or ignore a customer's problem. We are proud to have this policy in place, and will continue to handle any issues with sincerity and concern for the pet. We were not aware of anyone in November being denied a reimbursement; which makes me believe that that posting on CitySearch was fraudulent. If the owner will call me directly at ABC, we will take care of the problem immediately.
