I had a horrible experience with this company, and they did not even do any work for me! I called the office and asked if someone could go to my parent's house to inspect for foundation damage. After asking my name (a spanish name), the man on the phone said "hold on" then hung up. I thought I just got disconnected, so I called back, asked the person who answered if they were the one I was previously talking to an he said no, so I proceeded to explained what I was needing. Before I could finish again, the man rudely said "we're not interesed" and hung up. I was upset he hung up on me so I called back and told the person that answered that I did not appreciated being hung up on before I could even finish talking, He interrupted again and said "we don't want your work and don't call back!"
