The lenses they provided me with would not focus correctly. They are no line bifocals. there are several kinds. The girl in the office ordered one kind, because, and I quote, she had never had a problem with them, but they were not the same as my previous glasses, and I could not forcus through them. When I brought them back, I was told there was a 6 week wait, on top of the 2 I had already waited, I said this was unacceptable. They refused a refund. And since my insurance company will only buy me one pair a year, I am stuck waiting. They also charged my insurance company $540.00 for a simple pair of glasses. Outrageous.
