Located off Miramar Road, this local Texan owned Restaurant is really a great place to eat. The first time I went last year it was a great experience with the owner welcoming me and starting a conversation before I even ordered. I asked for a recommendation and he was more than happy to tell me about everything on the menu. I tried the combo of bbq pork and beef in a sandwich with macaroni and cheese with potato salad as my sides. The prices may be a bit hefty, especially for college students but the servings usually cancel that out. There is definitely a lot of Texas memorabilia hanging up and Texan sports team banners and flags all around. There is a big screen tv playing the usual sports on air and on Sunday's there's a sandwich deal that is pretty tempting to try. Overall I had fun with friends there and its best to go with someone to share a meal with or just to hang out. If anything try the bbq sauce in something you get because that's what bbq restaurants are about, their bbq sauce.

I am from the south so of course I know good BBQ and that was the Best I've in years it like taking me back home!!!! The service was also very friendly and that over here is hard ...

Matt and Athena, You have really out done yourselves and our community. Your bbq is the best outside of Texas. We have known each other since your first few months on Miramar Road, and you have grown to another location. I really enjoy the family atomsphere at your restaurants. My family has really enjoyed your food for many years. Now my daughter is a new generation of enjoying your food. Keep up the great work and we will enjoy it for many more years to come.
