This funeral home was extremely disappointing and the last place I would want to say goodbye to someone that I loved. My grandfather passed away a couple of years ago..I wish I had not waited this long to say something about this place. My grandfather just wanted a private viewing for his family and then wished to be cremated. When my grandmother went up to talk to someone about arrangments, she was told they could not wait too long because they just could not keep a body in a refrigerator that long. How insensitive! Well, it was a very unexpected death so the viewing was very painful. While we were waiting for the viewing in the lobby, one of the employees was sitting in the same area we were and talking very loud on the phone about collecting from an insurance or family. When my mom asked him if he could take it somewhere else...he said, "Excuse me?" Looked at her, and then kept on talking. My advice to anyone who wants a compassionate job done, I wouldn't use this place. I just wouldn't want anybody else to go through that kind of treatment. If I could rate it lower than awful..I would.
