I switched to Abelene after I had problems getting other plumbers to even call back in a timely manner. When you have a leaking water heater, you need immediate help! Abelene's people are quick to respond and know their business. They were great and their prices were fair.

My hats off to a very professional Company.

I have been dealing with these guys for several years now and I could not have been more satisfied. For one thing, they know their stuff and they respond in record time. Everyone is helpful, pleasant and follows up. I like that in a Company. Abalene treats us as if we're family. You don't find much of that anymore today with Companies. Great job, guys!

Abalene's excelling quality!

I have dealt with Abalene for many years now. For all of my oil, plumbing or HVAC needs, it has never been a question as to whom I would turn to - it has always been Abalene. Prompt, efficient and courteous are not ratings I give easily to anyone. But, this Company has certainly worked dedicately to earn these distinctions. What I particularly like is the personal attention you recieve even at the most inconvenient hours.

Water Purification

Like many people on LI that are concerned about the health of our children and are aware of the potential health issues that are associated with the LI water supply, we drank bottled water for years. Unfortunately, not only is this prohibitively expensive, it is also a very non-green way to solve the problems given the transport emissions and plastics issues that go along with having Poland Spring delivered to your house. Luckily, we decided it had to change so we contacted Abalene. They informed us that they did in fact install a line of water purification systems (from whole house to under the sink). My subsequent independent research of the product line they recommended affirmed their opinion that they were indeed quality products. Abalene installed the system under the sink, after consultation with us on where it would best work for us. They did an excellent job (and cleanup) and gave us instructions on replacing the filters going forward. Their plumbers are top notch and always a pleasure to deal with. Abalene has been in my neighborhood forever - I believe that longevity has everything to do with the way this company values their customers.

Toilet Replacement

We forever had a problem with an upstairs toilet clogging. The model was described by some professionals in the field that temporarily fixed it as a "weak flusher". The bathrooms were redone before we bought this house and the toilets weren't the only things that the owners were frugal on. Fortunately, we one day had enough and called Abalene. This oil company/plumbing outfit has been in Syosset for 30+ years where they have always enjoyed a good reputation for quality. The final solution on our toilet replacement was no exception as Abalene did a fantastic job. They gave us the options based on the limited space we had and made suggestions based on preferences and what they knew about the performance of the products. They came when they were supposed to, acted in a highly professional manner, and did a flawless install and left the bathroom spotless when they were done. They were sure to let us know they stood by their work and to call them if there was any problems. If you live in the Syosset area and have any HVAC or plumbing needs Abalene is the best option by far in my opinion.
