I took an XP windows Dell notebook with registry errors to this shop. I was promissed the thing back in 2 days, and was promissed that they would not lose any of my data. They never called me. A week later, after 3 days of trying to hunt them down, I was told that the computer needed a new hard drive, and they could not do anything without it.
Turns out they either could not or didn't attempt to fix the registry errors, but instead tried to re-install the OS, and screwed it up. But don't worry about the data, since they first downloaded all of my data to their server, an impossible task with a non-functional hard drive, and without my permission, in total disregard of my privacy. Then, they charged me $50.00 to get the non-working computer back from them.
I took the same computer to a reputable business, and had it back in 2 days, in good working order and with the same, perfectly functional hard drive, and all the data.
Don't waste your money.
