Easy - Have your photos taken by Bruce Berman, and dare talk back to him and his staff for poor communication ettiquette and effort - the result is obvious...you never get your photos on time, you get an excuse that there were issues, you get contacted and told that photos are no longer being delivered to the coaches as the bulk was already delivered. You get asked to meet Bruce at his place of business by appointment only, to obtain the photos you paid for, months prior, with the check cashed....you forget to go during your lunch hour to collect your photos - you get called, and further arrangments are made, where you ask to have the pictures mailed - you get told that will cost money 3-5 dollars, because it will be additional to add a board into the envelope - you manage to find the time to drop off the check, after debating whether to post mail a 5 dollar check, and still no pictures!
