I left a couple of paintings for stretching. 30min job, paid $100, was told it would
take 2 weeks, visited 4 times, after 1 month of waiting i canceled my order. got a refund,
which is the only good thing in the case. WILL NEVER go there again.

Took two documents to the Richmond store. Three months later, they are now done - not to my satisfaction. The 10 day guarantee seems only a way to double the price. Originally $800 for the two, got frames free b/c it took longer than 10 days. I don't think they ever make it under 10 days. Sent the items back several times, still not good enough. Do yourself a favor - experiment with one of the smaller frame shops in town - the Big shop Aaron Brothers is NO GOOD
