I am so upset. I will never bring another animal here. I brought my dog here when she was very sick. It was on a Wednesday and they had to run a bunch of tests which cost over $400. Since they are closed on Thursday's and they were closed every Friday in July, they told me I had to wait until Monday for the results of the tests. When my dog got a lot worse 2 days later I called and the "Housekeeper" (who told me the next week she was the Manager), said they were closed and I would have to go to another vet and they could fax the information they had (which I thought was just the results of the xray which they had already told me). I had to go to another vet (Banning Vet Hospital which is great!!!) and had to pay another $200 for more tests (which they got back in 15 minutes) and they had to put her to sleep because she dying of lung cancer. When I called this clinic to complain about the waiting process they said they actually had the results on Thursday but I didn't know it. Then why should someone wait 5 days to get the results for a very sick dog!!!! This place is horrible!!! Don’t take your beloved animals here!!!!

I would most definitely recommend this vet to anyone. Dr. Windy, is the most caring vet, I have ever been too. Money isn't an issue to her when it comes to saving an animals life. Its an honor knowing that we have a vet close by that truly cares about animals. I will never take my animals to any other vet. Thank you Dr. Windy, God Bless

don't let any disgruntled ex employees' (fired for stealing, lying, and other such things) on line posts bother you, Dr. Wendy is super nice, smart, loving and so very affordable. so many in our pass area would not be able to afford vet care for their animals with out, esp alot of fixed income elderly. Wendy is a blessing to our community who never turns away a patient, and will stay into the late hours of night to do emergencies. she is wonderful and i will take all my animals to her as long as I live here!!!

I personally would not recommend this facility to anyone. This facility in my opinion is not one my animals will ever step one paw in again. They did not meet any of my expectations. I am very disappointed.
