I called and was told my chair and ottoman would cost $600 to recover. When I arrived the price went to $1060. I did not get a written estimate because I went home to get a down inset for the back pollow and was told by the owner he had to see the insert before he could write it up although it would not be more than $1060. I called and told the owner I could not find the insert and to please send a written estimate. I never received the estimate. When the owner called to let me know it was ready, the price was $1100. When Ipicked it up I was charged $1130.

Spring repair $95.00 (I am having an other upholsterer cover an other chair and 2 couches. He includes
spring repair in his labor price of $350.00 for the exact same chair.)

Foam ottoman 5" $95.00 (I ask to have the ottoman raised 1 inch. They did not do that. When I questioned the height of the ottoman I was told the 5 inches foam was put in the chair. When I measured the foam in the chair it was 4".)

Poly back $30

Caster 2 sets for 1 ottoman $65.00


Other than the ottoman being lower than expected and the price rip off. The work was satisfactory.
Be sure to get it in writing ahead of time!!!
