This guy is really bizzare, the city licensing department should investigate. I spoke to him on the phone and he told me that he will give me an estimate when I brought the VCR. Once I got there he wanted a $ 20.00 deposit and I would have to leave my unit behind. I did not like his tone so I decided to leave then he offered to sell me one in his shop. When I told him that I was going to give him a negative feedback he said and I quote, " I am going to kill you"‎
