Horrible Costumer service, called several time in a two day course, and all I got on all occassions was an answering machine. Left messages and never got a call back. We are in town doing an install and needed immediate assistance to establish an account. Had to go else where because there was no response for two consecutive days.,, Yuk ! I guess when you think your a company that does not need a public presence, then you throw your costumer service out the window(C.S should be a given)
