This place has designer a wide variety of hip and vintage clothes at excellent prices. You will always find something that you like and can afford. I don't get by there that often but when I do, they have great stuff.

Was wondering around Manhattan on a rainy day when I stumbled upon A Second Chance. Let me say quite the best stumble I have ever experienced!! This place is a GEM! It had absolutely anything and everything you could think of. Anything I couldn't find on my own was happily pointed out to me by the owner, who is a gem as well. I highly recommend paying A Second Chance a visit - It's like a buried treasure!!
