Lousy customer service

This company has no regard for your time. For the second year in a row they have promised me to deliver between 10-12 but did not show up until 5 PM. Not once did they call, I had to call every 2 hours to check on the status of my delivery. They were not helpful with offering a refund for my time spent in the house all day awaiting this delivery and said they could not give a refund. I will never order another table and chair set from this company again.
