My husband and I found this day spa on line and decided to try a couples massage and facial . The prices were much lower than our last spa visit, we also found a coupon. Our three female therapists were skilled and very professional. Its been weeks and my skin still looks great.It was a little out of our way (we live in watertown), but worth the drive, We stayed in town to shop at carousel mall after our treatments.‎

I made an appointment with The Royal Treatment five days in advance. It too me 30 minutes to get there from N. Syracuse because of construction and traffic. I made the appointment during my lunch break, because that is all they had open. I waited in the waiting room, and about ten or fifteen minutes after my appointment should have started, the woman who was going to do my waxing came out and told me she had a “difficult” client who needed extra time, and that she would not be able to start me for another 20 minutes. She had no remorse, and neither did the receptionist who actually thought I would want to reschedule. Now if I had showed up late or not at all, they would have charged my credit card without thinking twice. If you value your time, or you feel that someone providing you service should value you, DO NOT GO HERE!‎

Had the most amazing facial (1 1/2 hours long). My treatment was tailored specifically for my skin, and included LED. I never would have thought a facial could give me such great results. My pores are smaller and the slight crow's feet around my eyes are gone...actually gone.
I will definitely return to this beautiful place.

I had my eyebrows done here several years ago, and they still look beautiful. All my questions were answered, the price was fair, and I have enjoyed having permanent makeup more than I would have imagined. Now that I am in my sixties, I am also thinking about eyeliner, as my vision is declining. I will return to the Royal Treatment, and I have referred several of my girlfriends.

I had my eyebrows done a few months ago at this day spa. I was referred by my sister, who had permanent eyeliner several years ago. I had over plucked them for years, and was left with almost no brows. I was very impressed with the results and the customer service I received. This is one of the best things I have ever done for myself, and highly recommend this spa.‎
