I live a few blocks away from the Olympic Training Center, and occasionally I like to take walks along the facilities, and it is always open and always free. When I was little, we used to take field trips to the training center and people from the center and various athletes would treat us to demonstrations and let us try our hand at archery, running the track, tennis, and even lacrosse (although it is not an Olympic sport, this is the first place I ever heard of lacrosse more than ten years ago). Almost every year, there are fireworks here and many in the community love to come to them.
