This real estate agency/ property management company, in my opinion, should be avoided at all costs. This agency prowls on the low income community especially Section 8/HASA/PA recepients. The apartments are run down, rat/mice/roach infested and in total disrepair. The property management side of this business should really be called "rent collection agency" because there is no maintenance/repair or improvement, only collection of rent. Be forewarned this place should be avoided!!! I know that finding an apartment is very difficult especially if you receive any government assistance but don't allow desperation to win. YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!
