total rip off‎
Called for minor job - $98.00/hr - ridiculous but whatever - told owner that his worker needed a ladder to reach 16 ft. - he said his worker could reach that height with what he had - worker showed up - could not reach that height (big surprise) - put me on the clock while his guy went and got a ladder "near by" big enough - showed up an hour+ later, did the minor job (30 minutes) - charged $270.00 which included time required "to return the ladder to the rental shop" and a ridiculous rental fee - DON'T learn this lesson the way I did - the HARD WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!‎

rip offs
owner is quick to get on the defense when you ask for a brake down of material!! charged me $196 for the first hour and charged me almost a $120 for material. I went to home depot to check prices they where only $29 thats a good mark up ...
