We reserved a hummer limousine for my husbands birthday and recieved a call three hours before saying that the limousine broke down and they are going to send another in its place. What a piece of $%$$@^%%. It was dirty and had no ice. This old black excursion and was also over an half hour late. Needless to say the driver demanded the entire amount of money upfront and said take or leave it!. Talk about a bait and switch. We had to take it since there were over 12 people waiting. When we complained the next day about the limo and asked for a refund the company owner said we dont give refunds! Worse experience ever.‎
