They tried to charge me fifty dollars over the agreed upon price when I went to pick up my power washer. When I refused to pay, the woman at the counter got very snotty and the employees began to yell at one another and then at me. The young man working there was so rude and disrespectful. The owner was just as rude and angry. This is the worst treatment I have ever received as a customer. They also tried meet the agreed upon price by removing some of the parts that were to be included which would render the machine useless. I stood my ground until I left with a working machine at the quoted price.
