I left AJ a phone message on Tuesday evening to explain that an 88-year old house-bound woman on a very limited income had no hot water. PG&E had re-lit the pilot light for her mobile home about 2 weeks earlier, but said the water heater was leaking. I was trying to find community assistance to replace it when it "died" again. A new water heater was needed quickly but her funds were very limited and I was hoping he'd be able to provide a good discount. No, I'm not family -- just a friend trying to assist.
Well, AJ checked it out, found a water heater that would fit (old mobile homes are generally not set up for the newer water heaters) and had it installed on Thursday! And he was exceptionally generous in his discount on labor. His employees were courteous and knowledgeable, and cleaned up after themselves.
I couldn't have asked for a better result! Thank you, AJ and staff, for a job well done.
