My LG LCD broke... these folks contacted and worked directly with the manufacturer to fix the TV. Easy to work with this people. Friendly service. NOTE: I read the review concerning waiting on parts, and in my humble opinion, that reviewer has a complaint with the manufacturer, NOT A&J Quick TV. These people are honest to the bone!!!

These people don't know the meaning of the word quick. And for that matter, they don't know service either!

Their promises to call back NEVER happen. Their excuse is always waiting for parts and they NEVER do what they say they will. They say it will be a day, it's really a week or two. They say it will be a week, it's really a month or more. My television has been there for so long, I forget it even exists a lot of times.

If you get one guy on the phone, he will talk your ear off and never say anything helpful. If you get the woman to answer the phone, she comes at you with the rudest attitude for having the nerve to ask how much longer it might be after the 6 months you have been calling.

DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU EVER WANT TO SEE YOUR TELEVISION AGAIN!!

TV repair that worked for us! by Beth T. at InsiderPages
We had a television broken in a move, and A & J were able to fix it for a reasonable cost. We thought it was a goner, and here it is, entertaining the kids a year later. The estimate fee was applied to the repair bill, which was reasonable. I recommend these guys. They seem to know what they're doing!
