My Experience was not
good at all. I took in my lap top for a temporary loan and it was returned to me not working. I have owned the Toshiba for only 9 months and it was with them about 4 of the 9 months. I checked my email and then turned it over to them. When I got it back it was towards the end of the day and a Saturday (meaning they are closed on Sunday) it would not even even boot up. Although I did call the minute I knew something was wrong, it would l be 2 days before I could speak with someone. At that point their stand was it's been two days, how do they know I didn't do something to it. I was on me to prove to them. How can I do that?
