Brought over a screen that I had broken with exact measurements. The end product was about a 8th of an inch too long on one side. I couldn't get it in so I took it back. Instead of re-doing the job they sent one of their people over to help me with it. Of course if it was made correctly I wouldn't have needed help. After 15 minutes of working it into the opening their worker was able to get it to fit, kinda. Now I can't take it out as I was able with the original. I should have said no way and made them do it again. In my opinion this should have been simple to cut the frame of the screen exactly to size. But what struck me the most was their attitude that I was simply a dumb user and was being picky or something like that and obviously needed help. To her credit the daughter of the owner was nice to me over the phone and in person but it the job took a couple weeks with the above result. I don't recommend there are many other window and screen stores.
