My friend has been telling me about this place for the longest time, so finally I took my two dogs there last friday for a groom for the first time and as soon as I walked into the place I was greeted as if I was a rountine customer. The staff was great espcecially the owner, and my dogs LOVED it. I'm for sure coming back and I would recommended it for all thoses who love their pets.

DO NOT take your pet to this place! My poor dog sustained an injury while being groomed recently. The injury required expensive specialty vet care. They not only failed to report it to me but also failed to return my call after leaving a message notifying them of my discovery. The owner was unprofessional, defensive and argumentative, making all kinds of excuses and showed no empathy for the finding. This man has no business being in the business of caring for family members with such an attitude, lack of concern and inability to deliver customer service.

This place is great! I mistakenly bathed my shitzu without thoroughly combing him first. Needless to say, he was covered with matts; most of which were knotted down to his skin. I took him to a few grooming places and they were all adamant about shaving off all of his beautiful coat. One groomer told me that it would take over 7 hours to de-matt him. LUCKILY, I made an appointment with A Dog's Dream and they assured me that he would not have to be shaved and it would take at the most an hour and a half to comb-out. I was extremely satisfied when I picked him up and he looked gorgeous. I highly recommend this place!!!!!!!!!! :)

Deciding our pets could use a vacation, we dropped them off for the day at A Dog's Dream. When we retrieved them, they were all tail wags and sweet-smelling fur. They had been groomed, given baths, and treated to a gourmet dinner of steak. The price was pretty reasonable, too.

I had a horrible experience. My dog stayed twice and I wasn't impressed either times. When I tried to talk to the owner about it, he was extremely rude. For as expensive as this place is, the owner should be a little nicer-
