They sell the ribs by the slab $8.00 each.
Best ribs i have had in a long time. Had Dixie catering food at a company event they cooked all the food at the park it was fresh and tasted great. The buffet table was covered with red and white linen checks, the staff were very helpful . The ribs are Danish baby back ribs very meaty, they sell the ribs by the slab $8.00 each I got 4 slabs for dinner later in the week. If you want great ribs call Dixie Catering.

We had Dixie Catering do our sons birthday party, the staff showed up on time and went to setting up. Everything was ready when our family and friends showed up. The food was cooked right there, fresh off the grill can't be beat. Ribs, chicken burgers and dog with all the side items all tasted great. The wife and I did nothing but enjoy the party. We called other places before we booked with Dixie Catering they had the best price and they use a Danish baby back rib LOVE THEM RIBS. I will use Dixie Catering again.
PS. I bought 6 racks of ribs from them to cook later .

RIBS TO DIE FOR
We used Dixie catering for our party had 100 people. They took care of everything tables, tent chairs, DJ, rides for the kids. The food was great the ribs are to die for I had a slab and a half myself, every thing was cooked right there hot off the grill. We had ribs, chicken, grilled tenderloin, roasted potatos, grilled vegetables. The staff were great they set up and serve the wife and i did nothing but enjoy our party.
A big thanks to David the owner and his staff, I will call you for the next party.
P.S. I had them deliver lunch to my office,ribs and chicken BBQ.

best ribs in miami‎
I was at a company catered event they served Danish baby back ribs, the meat came off the bone easy tender and great taste. All the food was fresh off the grill, i watched as the cook grilled my ribs.I will use Dixie at my sons next Birthday party,they sell ribs fully baked & ready to grill & sauce, I bought two racks of ribs to bring home and cook later.‎
