This place is great! Very timely, great customer service. The man took the time to explain what he was doing. I was told he would be there at 8 a.m. I usually don't believe these places when they tell me that so I scheduled to take the day off of work. To my surprise my doorbell rang promplty at 8 a.m. He was done in such a timely manner that I was able to go to work for a half day. I would go back in a heartbeat. I recomend using a day night for all heating and air conditing needs.

I stayed home from work to meet them for an 8am appointment and the service man took another job (probably an ?emergency? and mine was just for general service). So, the appointment needed to be cancelled. BTW, I had to call at least two times to find this out. So, they scheduled it for the following Saturday at 9am. He did not show. I called at 9:20 and 10am and was told that he was on his way. I called again at 11am and he called me back and told me that he planned on making at least a couple of stops before he would come to my place. So, I just cancelled the appointment and told him that I was not planning on rescheduling.

We had them out to service our furnace which previous owners hadn't done in several years. The humidifier wasn't working and was causing mildew, so they seemed to fix it, but a month later it's not working again. The guy was nice, but the work wasn't thorough.
