A friend invited me to an art opening at "A Cow ...". The ambience was superb. Their wine was excellent.. The staff was friendly and attentive.

I was told that "A Cow ... " was a Kosher restaurant so I arrived expecting to see a lot of Stars of David. What I found was a fine dining establishment that could thrive anywhere in the world.

They only served appetizers for the event but the food was top-notch. Everything was better than "very good" and the tuna sushi totally rocked! You would never know that it was Kosher except they don't serve meat. Their raw ingredients are God-Sends :-).

Their fish appetizers were so good that it was a "wake-up-call". I will return soon to sample the best of their sushi and fish entrees. So long as you aren't longing for steak and lobster, this place is a winner!

It is the best ever! I really enjoyed the sweet crepes; and their cheeses are incomparable in Los Angeles. You won't find a better kosher cafe in Beverly Hills.
