A Carolina Locksmith, Greg, was the only local service provider who answered his phone personally when I called. Why is that important? Because my family's safety is a very personal matter, a very important matter. Our home had been compromised, that is not the time anyone wants to hear "press 1 if you wish to speak with a service respresentative." Greg was on premise within an hour of my call, he thoroughly inspected our premise and made very sound security recommendations, several of which we never would have considered ourselves.
