The work these guys do is very good. They are prompt to respond and work diligently to get the problem fixed. The concerns begin when you have to call their office.

Their bookkeeping system leaves something to be desired and the woman who will call you, demanding payments which have previously been made (months ago), will snap like a twig and tell you exactly what she thinks of you without thinking about what she is saying. She may be bipolar, she may just need a little more happiness in her life, but she definitely needs some kind of professional help. Unfortunately, this company has lost a good customer due to this neurotic behavior.
