Had a complaint about my bill. Both the office manager and owner hung up on me. A man claiming to be the owner was terribly rude and refused to tell me who he was. A grown man and the owner of a business who lacks the guts to tell me who I had the displeasure of speaking to? Bunch of losers!

My toilets weren't fixed properly and they ruined a good towel. Since I was told sorry you haven't been around long enough to know how things work. Don't ever call here again. Click.., I did call someone else (Preferred Plumbing http://www.preferredplumbingac.com/) and they fixed the problems and charged me properly.

I am Operations Manager for Carpet Empire Plus. We install all kings of flooring and often need to remove and replace dishwashers, refrigerators and toilets to do our work. Whenever, there is a plumbing problem we contact A B C. The consistently respons promptly, fix the problem, and charge a fair price.
What else could you possibly want ?
