Worst service in a doctor's office EVER

I had to wait an hour to get into the doctor's office. Then I stripped into a hospital gown and had to wait nearly another 20 minutes to see the doctor. I was about to leave to go pick up my kid from the babysitter because it was taking so long. The only time I ever had to wait this long was when my OBGyn was delivering another person's baby! There are NO emergencies in a standard dermatology practice. Why such a long wait??
When I finally did see the doctor, bedside manner was just okay. When she was looking over my whole body for any moles, she missed my hands which had 2 moles on them! (that I was concerned about) Like come on, if you're doing a full body check, you have to look at the WHOLE body.
After cutting off a couple of moles, the assistant threw a paper on the counter saying i should follow these instructions to let the areas heal properly. I felt like a piece of meat.
I never had anything bad to say about a doctor's office before. This is a first.

I went in for a treatment to have some scarring removed and the treatment was everything I expected it to be.
The procedure was performed without a hitch and with the desired result. I will be going back to get additional scarring removed.
The doctors were competent and knew what they were doing and I would recommend it, just based on that.

I had an appointment for 5:45 pm and I got there at 5:35 pm, I asked them how long the wait was and they said 45 minutes to an hour. I wanted to come back in 1/2 an hour and they said I couldn't. The girl at the front desk was extremely rude and told me to if I leave they'll cancel my name and I would have to reschedule.
Then they told me I had to pay $125 just for the consultation and if the doctor "wanted" he could apply a portion of it or none of it towards my procedure. When the lady on the phone told me the $125 would be applied to my procedure.

I?m writing the following to hopefully avoid you heartache, distress and disgust. When I arrived at Advanced Dermatology (NY,NY) I was greeted by a receptionist who signaled me to the door (there are two buildings) so I assumed she wanted me in the other one, once there the receptionist asked me who I was there to see, I gave the doctors name and waited, she called the other building and laughed rolling her eyes. Then she called me stupid, and told me to go back . After arriving to the right place I had to wait an hour to be taken in.
Once in the tinny office I was told to strip my cloth (curtains opened to a highway view) and wait to be seen. I waited with my cloths on for 30 minutes until the ?doctor? came in, she never introduced herself, she just asked to see what I was there for, she gave me a puzzled look , a ?diagnosis? and treatment which I never consented to. After she concluded the procedure I had some questions , but the good old doctor simply said: quote, ?look it up? and ?do some research? when I asked her again she gave me the same answer, walked to the door and left. Once home I tried to find information but had to call her to see if she could be able to help me, she simply yelled at me for having to repeat herself and hung up.
Maybe It had to do with the fact that I was a student working as a waitress when I first went to the clinic 2 years ago (concluded my masters already) , or maybe she thought that because I had no insurance and a very common last name she could treat me this way. I may not be a Harvard grad Dr. but I do know what the Better Business Burrow is for
