Don't Trust These Doctors!
I was referred to this place by my PCP. There is a history of skin cancer in my family, I am very fair skinned and blue-eyed. Therefore I am very careful about making sure I get checked every year. I went here. Waited for over 2 hours. They don't tell you anything. Waiting room is crowded full of people coughing all over you and making phone calls. After being ushered to the (cold!) exam room, I was made to wait again, pretty much naked (just the paper gown) for over 20 minutes. Then the doctor, who I have never met, comes in with someone else. She never tells me who this other person is. But this other person (I later was told she was in training of some kind) stared at me like she had never seen a woman naked before in all her life. It made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. Then the doctor starts to look me over. She gives me a quick once-over and says "you're fine". So I ask her "what about my scalp" she says, "oh we don't check that"...well, every other dermatologist I've ever been to has checked--you get a lot of sun there--even if you have hair! Then I asked her about the parts of my body (probably 30%) that she couldn't see while I was sitting Oh, she says, "if you want me to". I was OUTRAGED. And I certainly didn't feel she had a clue what she was looking for or what she was supposed to be doing. I could easily have had problems she completely overlooked. She did not take her work seriously at all. Then she starts to tell me about all the cosmetic procedures she could perform on me. I had not asked about any of these and was not really interested. When I asked what that would cost and I said that was too much, she started BARGAINING with me, right there while I was naked with this other person staring at me. Unbelievable! DON'T EVER GO HERE. Unless all you want is a very COMMERCIAL experience. If you are serious about real dermatology a and need to make sure you don't have anything,DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE TO DO IT!! Really, don't have anything to do with this group.

I really like this doctor, but I do not like the office. Whenever I call to make an appointment, the receptionist sounds annoyed like she hates her job and you! And there is always a LONG wait! Not only do you wait just to get called in to an examination room, but then you wait in that room too! The last time I was there, I waited almost forty minutes in the examination room. I guess that is how doctor's offices are these days, but it is just ridiculous in this office! All to see the doctor for a mere four minutes!!!!
