I used their company for picking up my parents from the airport coming from Japan.They gave an affordable rates. I only used the sedan since we're only 3 and the driver would be the 4th one. However ,the car arrived minutes late but the driver called us that he will be late and apologized as soon as he stepped out of the car. He's extemely nice. The trip went well but they don't give free bottle of champagne on sedans which I'm a bit disappointed but other than that, it was okey. I will still use their services in the future but I would like to tell them to be on time.

wow. i really can't believe all the good reviews for this "company".
the driver showed up 45 minutes late. as soon as he stepped out of the car he said "i need the money up front." ok - so we give him the envelope containing $700. "i need $300 more for security." well we already paid the security and were told this would be the final amount due, just last night at 11:37pm when your company called to get clarification on directions (mind you, this is the night before my wedding). we suggested that he call in and find out what to collect from the office. he did and was corrected. at this time he got into the drivers seat and closed the door, leaving my party and i standing on the curb with our bags. after dropping all party members at our location, the limo was released for 3 hours and was then supposed to return for another several hours work. this time the limo was an hour late and came in a black limo (instead of the white wedding one) and a different driver. this driver was sweet and earnest though. the next day, we learned that 3 of our guests had given the driver gifts to be given to us - BIG MISTAKE, i know. so we called them and they said they would look and call us back. two days passed.

ok this is getting too long. long story short: the owned had taken 2 envelopes out of the glove box and took them on a trip to canada for 2 weeks. after we got back from our honeymoon and called threatening to take them to court, they managed to mail us the two envelopes that were in the first cab. then we found out another guest had left a gift and card with the second (sweet) driver. 2 days later he showed up at my house to return the gift minus the card. the gift had been opened and very poorly rewrapped.

i was shocked at this whole ordeal. there was no apology or remorse.

I used Abbey Lane recently for a Bachelorette Party and I highly recommend using their services. They were very responsive to my emails and phone calls. I never had a problem getting a hold of anyone. They quickly sent me a contact with a very competitive rate. Our driver was very nice and polite and even played bouncer when 2 random guys tried to get in the limo with us. The only reason I didn?t give them all 5 stars is because their idea of free beverages in the limo is one bottle of champagne for 10 people. The driver offered us another bottle at $25 per bottle. But he was nice enough to stop at a liquor store so we could re-load. I highly recommend using Abbey Lane.

Last month my husband and i celebrated our 29th anniversary together with our son and his wife.My son told me to get Abbey Lane Limousine for our special day since they already hired this limousine company when they got a wine tour for their clients 2 years ago. We also saw online about the reviews of this company and i decided to call to inquire about their services,rates and if the limousine i saw on the internet were still available for our special day.The operator i talked with was very polite and offers me a discount if i book early.So i told my husband about it and he said okey.We got their services and oh boy,those reviews were right! Thank you so much for a very memorable.

They give excellent customer service.The driver was friendly and honest and the limousine was comfortable and clean.I recommend Abbey Lane Limousine if you want to have the best value for your money.
