I hired another company from a coupon who told me my chimney needed to be rebuilt, and scared me by telling me couldn't use my fireplace anymore. He seemed shady and nervous. I didn't believe. All I can say is BEWARE of companies who deliver flyers with low coupon rates and direct mail coupons! I decided to get a second opinion and was referred to AAA Chimney Sweep & Fire Protection Co. though a coworker. I'm so glad I called them. Cindy was so nice and informative on the phone and Bill and Chris were excellent! Very knowledgeable and helpful. They ran a camera through the chimney and I was able to see everything. They showed me that what the other company was saying was structural damage, was really water efflorescence. My fireplace is structurally sound. It only needed some minor repairs which Bill and Chris took care of at a minimal fee. I've been enjoying safe cozy fires ever since. My fireplace is working great!
