Top Soil Quality
The soil advertised as 'top soil' was full of large solid clay clumps. The definition of top soil is the top few (to 8) inches of rich soil that has many nutrients, usually black in color. This was clearly not top soil, although it may have come from the top of something. This clay has no nutrients, and was impossible to spread smoothly. This soil was misrepresented badly by the sales people who knew better. Once it was loaded, it was mine even though I saw at that point that it was useless for my purposes.
