We went to this rental place to rent wedding stuff. Even though there were two associates at the time, they were very helpful. One of the associates gave us advice on some tables we weren't sure about and helped us pick them out. There was no quick sign, sealed, delivered type deal, they took the time to make sure the date, supplies, time, etc was correct so that they could be met. The associates even took the time to have conversation with us. Also the driver of the truck that delivers knew the area/town where our wedding was to take place and that was a plus for me since not a lot of people know where my small town was that I grew up in. And although we weren't able to use the supples we rented for the wedding due to the rain, they gave us store credit so that we could use the things at another time.
