Hired A1 Plumbing to install a hot water tank less than a year ago. The system stopped working, we contacted them to fix the tank. They scheduled an appointment for first thing in the morning and didn't show. We called them, the secretary told us the plumber was on the way. 45 minutes later we called again (no plumber) he was an hour out. Finally two hours after the appointment they said they didn't have the parts and wouldn't be able to come out after all. Their suggestion is that we should contact the tank company and see who else could come out. Pretty shotty work and service in my opinion. I wouldn't suggest using them or at least be able to fix it yourself after they leave.
