I can't say enough great things about Chapman Car Care. They literally spent hours with me today helping me resolve an issue with my license plates that they did not even charge me for. They were just incredibly sweet and patient and honest and just wonderful in every way. I will never bring my car anywhere else for repairs or inspection. I love Chapman Car Care and I know that you will as well!

When my car started acting up, the first thing I thought was oh oh trouble. I went straight to Chapman Car Care and they did a thorough check to see what was the problem. They told me that I had a problem with the brakes and the next thing I knew they've fixed it and I was out of there in no time. Love the job they did and now I'm releaved that I know a place where to go when I have a car problem.

Thank you Chapman Car Care. After reading all the positive reviews, I took my KIA here after it failed an inspection. I dropped it off one morning. They called that afternoon. I picked it up after work. And all it cost me was labor. Less than $100.
Now granted, this is partly because there wasn't really a whole lot wrong with my car. But let's be honest, they could've told me there was, and I wouldn't have known the difference. Turns out a hose had been knocked loose (they hypothesize the last time I got the air filter changed). They refastened it properly and I was on my way.
The guys are really nice and don't mess you around. I was grateful and will definitely be returning to Chapman Car Care if I need work done.

I recently purchased an older Infiniti and believe in keeping up with repairs. After going to most dealers over the years and receiving ridiculous estimates, I called some friends for assistance on the best auto repair shop in Orange. Chapman Care Care is very professional and fast. I went in with my a/c blowing warm air. It would have cost over $500 at the dealer and I walked out well below that with next day service and ice cold air. The reviews are true, Chapman Care Care are fair and honest.
