Extremely inefficient service, cleaning not thorough, and to top it off, significant attitude of the owner (female counterpart). I shouldn't have to beg and thank her to pay and have my clothes cleaned by them. It's convenient and close to me, but I'm willing to go elsewhere to have civil service and better cleaning.‎
