“Atwater Village has changed dramatically over the last five years,” notes Andy Hasroun, owner of 55 Degree Wines. And he ought to know. Andy has been a business owner on this section of Glendale Boulevard for over a decade and welcomes the change. 55 Degree Wine, his most recent endeavor, offers an impressive selection of small production, boutique, family owned, and hand crafted Italian wines. The friendly service is so charmingly “Old World,” you'll feel instantly at home. If you're new to wine, this is one of the best wine shops in LA to visit. Great wine bar
I thought it was such a nice, cozy lil' wine bar. It is great if you are out on a date. I liked the wines they offered for the wine tasting and not expensive. We were well informed about the wines and thought it was a great experience. It is a bit small, but since a lot of people don't know about it....makes the size just about right. Definitely recommend it!
