HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE UNLESS YOU SELL DRUGS THEN YOU'LL LOVE IT THERE. CUSTOMERS ALL LOOK LIKE THUGS AND DRUG DEALERS. RUDE MANAGER. THEY STARE AT ALL THE LITTLE GIRLS OR WOMEN THAT WALK THROUGH THE DOORS AND MAKE SEXUAL REMARKS. ANIMALS AREN'T CARED FOR. DIRTY CAGES. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN. DON'T DISAGREE WITH MANAGER OR HE'LL CALL YOU STUPID OR CUSS AT YOU OH WAIT HE ALWAYS CUSSES. F THIS AND F THAT...WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. I ALSO WILL TELL ALL OF MY FRIENDS NOT TO SHOP THERE.

First trip to this store.We were loving the store at first ,great selection of reptiles,fish and rodents. when we were looking at the rodents we noticed one of them just had babies and was starting to eat them ( which is not uncommon) we mentioned it to the guy working in the store just in case they didnt know. he very rudely said i cant control that we breed them and turned and walked away. so did we. straight out the door never to return again. we had planned on buying my son a snake for easter but if they are that rude when you are trying to help what are they going to do if you have a problem with a pet bought from them?

Never a disappointing trip. Great selection of reptiles, fish, and supplies. They carry a lot of hard to find snakes, monitors, and tarantulas. The staff is very knowledgeable about fish as well as reptiles. Their cichlid section is always worth checking out. They carry many rare and wild caught African cichlids, but you gotta be there for the new shipments. The fish sell fast. If they don't have what you are looking for, feel free to ask, because if the fish you want isn't there, they can usually order it for you at a fair price. Many exotic plecos in stock normally as well. Tanks are extremely clean and well kept. Overall, a good spot to buy fish, supplies, reptiles, or just hang out.

A very cool and knowledgeable pet store that tries their very best to satisfy the customer, what more could you ask for? I rate them a 10 out of 10 for their efforts. There are no pet shops nor people that can make everyone happy. I really don't have any gripes with this place, besides they can order you what you want if they don't have it in most cases.

I have visited this shop for many yrs and it has always been consistent on service and selection, although if I had a choice, I would like to see even more reptiles and amphibians, but this is just me.

They in fact do have a variety of reptiles and amphibians to choose from, I just would like to see more!

A decent store with a large selection... of cichlids. They have -plenty- of cichlids, and very few other kinds of fish. Also, if you're looking for smaller cichlids, you won't find many here. Most of the fish here are full-grown (or really close to it).

The prices seemed reasonable, however, and they did have a collection of fish that you probably wouldn't find at most other pet shops.

Highly recommended if you are in the market for large, aggressive fish. If you are not, you will want to look elsewhere.

Also-- the staff is casual, and probably not as concerned about what their customers think... but I wouldn't say they were unprofessional, as the other reviewers did.
