THIS CAR WASH IS AWFUL. They broke the drivers side mirror on my car, tried to HIDE the fact that it was broke (by never telling me) and then DENIED they had anything to do with it. When I went back to ask them about it only ONE employee could speak English and she was not customer friendly. I understand accidents happen, but the blatant dishonesty by their employees truly shocked me. I am more upset about the fact that they were liars and lacked customer service skills, than I am about the damage to my car. I will never patronize this establishment again and am spreading the word.

I get my car washed and detailed at 5-star and have always found their service to be excellent. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have detail services that go beyond what i expected.

I have been taking all my vehicles here for over 7 years, but have tried other car washes in the area. I find that their service is excellent from both the car wash and their detail shop.I can get a full service wash in about 15 minutes. The car comes out clean and shinny and no streaks on the inside or outside windows. Other car washes leave streaks most of the time. I would highly recommend this establishment for any one looking for a quality car wash.

If you are looking for a real car wash, this is not the place.

If you stay and watch, (do not take off and do something else) you will
be surprised at how the car wash is completed.

You drive your car to an area that is out of sight from the area set up
for you to wait for your vehicle.

I watched and watched as a car that was obviously wet - had been washed, was being dried and then waxed.

I waited to see my vehicle and after a while, I looked at the parked vehicles and to my surprise my vehicle was already there!

I never saw a drop of water on my car. And when I got the car, it had been odorized, but the smooth, undisturbed dust on the top of my car
was enough for me to realize that my car had not really been washed.

If you leave the vehicle and come back, your car will have been vaccumed and odorized. If you do not look hard, you will not realize there was no real wash that occurred.
