I feel compel to write this review because there is no recent review of this complex. Supposedly, tenants' reviews have been deleted by the management in the past. If you are lucky enough to live in a quiet unit, then you would appreciate the amenities although the management/company has not kept up with cleaning the pools and the water ponds (they are much dirtier than six months to a year ago). I think they are cutting back a lot on the cost of cleaning. Yes, the management and the office staff do not really care or respect the tenants here. When my lease was up, I requested the management to match their current pricing but Tom G. kept us at the higher price we were paying and gave me the run-around. If the management would have some royalty and provided good customer service without the run-around, I would have probably rated this place higher.
