My installer did not show up for the first appointment. Then he came and two blinds were too wide. He had to cut them in the shop. I had to wait a week for the next appointment then he did not show up again. I believe the local installer does not care for the customer. I complained about it at 800 numbers and the district manager" Joe" who treated me arrogantly and he showed that he does not care for a small customer like me.
Awful experience.

Cords broke within 3 years on kitchen window. Spoke to OMar who said, no problem a tech would fix it, and call me within 3 or 4 days. Has been over 2 wks, he doesn't respond to my calls. Have left msgs with the 800 # and no response. When salesman first came to measure for these blinds, said any problems - call and tech would take care of the problem. (we were thinking of using someone else, but he convinced us 3 day blinds was a better deal).
